Hey, how about the Midnight screenings at the Bloor?
$10 for all of them and the Bloor is fun at Midnight.

I'd love to see Her Name is Sabine ("autistic sister").

The theremin one looks cool, too.

Can't remember if Vancouver has a docs festival or not ... hmmmmm ... must Google ....

I also like "The Pull" about an experimental 12-month relationship. Didn't we watch something similar to this before? A mockumentary of sorts?

I have tickets to a few movies, although I can't remember which off the top of my head right now because they were largely dictated by what had tickets left available. I *might* end up with a spare ticket to the Kathy Acker one you want to see, since I have tickets for a 5pm weekday showing and [info]okoshun might get sent out of town.

Ooh, thanks for the reminder! I'm so glad I'm actually in town for part of the festival this year.
