Finished watching Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (torrent link). It was an awesome show.
I love Batou. He's a hardcore cyborg, but he has a great sense of humour. I also love Chief Aramaki's strict leadership, somewhat like oldskool Picard. The Laughing Man is also a very deep, almost transhuman meta-character.
I'm starting the second season now. It's also great, but the music in it seems totally off and bizarre at times, not matching with the mood of the particular scene at all. Weird. |
