I'm about one week behind on my study targets, but I'm doing a lot better this semester than last semester where I had to withdraw from some courses.
I'm using a self-made flash card system to help me study non-linearly as I need.
One major contributor to my improvement in health is actually reducing my antidepressant Celexa from 30 mg to 20 mg.
Overall I'm less "spaced out" and actually able to accomplish more overall. I've done some cleaning and organizing (in small steps forward) in my office and some parts of the house.
I'm actually more depressed than before, I think, but it's not as disabling as it used to be. I simply make a list of priorities then I take action and use the "action phase" as a way to attack the depression. Keep myself busy with a goal and task, even if I feel crappy. And in the end I feel mini-happy to accomplish the goal.
In terms of my recent "dark cyberpunk/biopunk" fascination, I'm going to listen to Altered Carbon on audio book at some point soon.
Also, the left side of my jaw hurts a lot when I try to chew or eat. I've had clicking problems with it for years. I should go see a doctor to treat it. Probably TMJD or a related condition, sigh. |
